Autographs

Tickets for autographs must be purchased online through TIXR.

Autograph tickets do not include the entry price for the event. ​Entry tickets for Tokyo X MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY! (This purchase is for ONE Autograph ticket)

  • Each ticket can be redeemed for ONE autograph during their signing session on the day of.

  • Attendees are responsible for providing their own items to be signed and ALL items are subject to the guest’s approval. (Our guests may provide an item such as a poster or picture to be signed, but this is not guaranteed.)

  • ALL items must be properly licensed or official merchandise, and it is recommended that the item is from a project that the guest has worked on. (Fanart will not be accepted)

  • Restrictions on what will or will not be signed are subject to change so please be sure to have your item checked by Autograph Staff prior to any session. Attendees are recommended to bring at least ONE backup item in case their item of choice cannot be signed.

  • Artist can refuse to sign an item at their discretion.

  • ONE autograph ticket will grant each attendee only ONE autograph limited to 5. 

  • Tickets are only valid for the DAY/TIME of the signing session listed on the ticket.

    • Example: If you purchased for Saturday, then you may not redeem your signature for Sunday

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO REDEEM YOUR AUTOGRAPH:

  • Lines start 30 minutes prior to each session. 

  • Please show up to the designated Guests Area for check-in before the scheduled time, to check in, and allow Autograph Staff to check your item - this will help to ensure a smooth and fast process.

  • Limited max up to 5 autographs can be purchased on TIXR

  • Your autograph ticket may be redeemed only for the DAY and TIME selected. Please check all session details, and timings for collection of autograph/s and/or photographs/s, prior to travelling as these may be subject to change. If you miss your session, Tokyo X will not be responsible for being unable to accommodate the redemption of your ticket.

  • Tokyo X are not responsible for lost or stolen autograph/s or photographs/s.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing this ticket, you agree and understand that all sales are FINAL. No exchanges will be allowed and no refunds will be offered except in the case the guest or artist cancels the event or fails to show up to a session. In the event of a guest canceling, refunds will be processed through same payment channel the purchase was made and can take up to 90 days from date of purchase. Furthermore, in the case the artist cancels the event or fails to show up to a session the organizer/s cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services, or compensation.
