To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all participants, the following policy applies regarding interactions with special guests at Tokyo X:

1. Respectful Conduct:
   All attendees, staff, and vendors are expected to treat special guests with the utmost respect at all times. This includes using appropriate language, maintaining personal boundaries, and behaving in a courteous and professional manner during any interaction.

2. Guest Autonomy:
   Special guests reserve the right to refuse service, autographs, photos, or other interactions at their discretion. This includes instances where they feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected in any way.

3. No Harassment or Disruptive Behavior:
   Any form of harassment, inappropriate comments, or disruptive behavior toward special guests will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Photo/Video Restrictions:
   Please adhere to all posted signage or instructions regarding photography and video recording around special guests. Unauthorized recording may result in confiscation of media and removal from the event.

5. Compliance:
   Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the venue and potential banning from future Tokyo X events.
